Rules for using PokeDays and participating in its games and rankings.
1. Acceptance
By accessing PokeDays you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Fan project and intellectual property
PokeDays is an unofficial, non-commercial fan project. Pokémon names, characters and related assets belong to Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures and The Pokémon Company. No affiliation or endorsement is claimed.
3. Permitted use
You may use PokeDays for personal entertainment. Do not disrupt the service, automate submissions, extract protected answers, impersonate others or attempt unauthorized access.
4. Fair play and rankings
Manipulated requests, forged sessions, automation or other unfair methods may result in scores being removed and temporary exclusion from public rankings while normal game access remains available.
5. Availability and liability
The application is provided as is. Daily content, progress and services may change, fail or be withdrawn. PokeDays does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or preservation of locally stored data.
6. Changes and contact
These terms may be revised when features change. There is currently no public contact email; official contact information will be published on the Contact page.
