Think you know every Pokémon by heart? This quiz puts that to the test in six different ways: from recognising a silhouette at a glance to remembering which of two Pokémon has the higher base stat total. Each test focuses on a different kind of knowledge, so even veteran trainers will find something that challenges them.
No sign-up needed: pick a test and start answering. Your results are saved on your device, you can compare them with your friends, and the more you play, the more you learn about types, generations, colours and stats.
Guess the Pokémon: types, generations and stats
The most complete test. Every guess shows how close you are on 11 attributes: both types, generation, colour, habitat, shape, legendary status, evolution stage, base stat total, height and weight. Easy mode only uses Generations 1-3, Normal reaches Generation 6 and Hard includes all nine generations.
Pokémon Wordle: how well do you spell their names?
A test of names. You have six attempts to find a five-letter Pokémon name in English, with coloured tiles telling you which letters are right and where they go. Ideal for anyone who knows the Pokédex by name.
Who's That Pokémon?: recognise the silhouette
The classic test from the anime. All you see is a black silhouette, and you have to name the Pokémon. If you get stuck, you can unlock its type and generation as hints.
Pokémon Bingo: categories against the clock
A test of breadth. Each cell asks for a Pokémon that meets a condition, such as a type, a generation, a colour or a minimum stat. Complete the board in two minutes if you play with the timer, or take your time without it.
Pokémon Grid: two conditions at once
A test of crossed knowledge. Each of the nine cells needs a Pokémon that matches its row and its column at the same time. It rewards knowing the less obvious Pokémon, not just the famous ones.
Higher or Lower: base stat totals
A test for the competitive minded. Two Pokémon appear, and you have to say which one has the higher base stat total. Twenty rounds, and a single life to save you from one mistake.
